Built as a home for retired priests, the new Edward Cardinal Egan Pavilion is a 45,000SF addition consisting of four levels with suites. As part of the addition, OLA designed central plant upgrades to serve both current and future expansion goals, including north and south boiler and domestic hot water plants, new cooling towers, and associated piping.
