Two-phased nursing facility renovation and addition project. Phase I included infrastructure work in the utility plant, including the installation of a 400 ton electric chiller and a boiler  replacement. Phase II will include complete renovations to the existing 8-story, 160,000SF building as well as the addition of 110,000SF.
