Great Harbor Yacht Club Complex

New yacht club complex, which was the first yacht club built on the island in over 100 years. Buildings in the new complex include a 21,000SF, 2-level clubhouse with multiple dining areas and kitchens; a 3,100SF junior sailing center building with snack bar; a 7,600SF, 2-level sports building that houses workout and spa facilities; and a 3,100SF marina building for boat service.
