Jeannette J. Phillips Health Center

Health center underwent a complete renovation as well as a 6,400SF addition to the existing facility. The addition matches the existing structure in height, with a slight setback so as not to diminish the symmetrical integrity of the historic 1939 building. OLA’s design included all new HVAC systems and a new fire suppression sprinkler system.
