Monroe College
Higher EdGaddy Hall, at the heart of Monroe College’s New Rochelle campus, is a six-story, mixed-use building that includes a 300-student residence hall, the School of Business and Accounting, student lounges, and a multipurpose space that can be expanded to accommodate a cafeteria. The project was developed as part of the College’s desire to revitalize downtown New Rochelle. OLA performed the MEP system designs for the new building.
