As part of the contract, OLA is able to perform energy audits, energy modeling, review of energy models by other consultants, green design consulting and commissioning services. For instance, we performed an ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit for 23 NYC school buildings to assess each building’s energy usage and identify possible energy conservation measures.
