PepsiCo’s 82,000 SF Research & Development Building includes a mix of laboratories, offices, and conference spaces supporting advanced product development. OLA’s work began with a campus-wide energy study that identified targeted capital improvements with an annual energy savings of over $117,000 and a simple payback of just over seven years. Subsequent upgrades included air handling system replacements, a new chiller plant, photovoltaic solar integration, and lighting and controls improvements, contributing to the project’s LEED Gold certification.
