Sebonack Golf Club

For the new club, OLA provided MEP engineering. The project included a 30,000SF, 2-story clubhouse with multiple dining areas, locker rooms, indoor and outdoor bars, pro-shop and golf teaching center. Additionally, there are approximately 10 single-story, 4-bedroom golf cottages and five 2-story, 4-bedroom golf cottages, a 9,000SF, 2-story staff housing building and multiple maintenance buildings.
