St. Michael’s Villa

Renovation and restoration of the 50,000SF home for retired sisters, which was seriously damaged by fire. The project included new elevators, enclosed stair towers, and new mechanical and electrical systems as well as a new kitchen and renovated dining room capable of handling up to 60 sit-down dinners. For the chapel itself, a fire sprinkler system was installed and the HVAC system was replaced.
