The Avenue at Crestwood

The Avenue at Crestwood is a stunning residential building with floor-to-ceiling windows. Building amenities include a fitness center, club room, outdoor terrace gardens, outdoor kitchen, and enclosed parking plus 3,600SF of commercial and common space on the ground floor. OLA designed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, including individually metered gas and electric services for the 3-story structure.
