The Children’s Village

Recreation

Lanza Activities Center project included a complete transformation and expansion of a dilapidated 1950s building that housed a gymnasium and defunct swimming pool. Building now houses a fully air-conditioned gymnasium, competition pool, fitness center, student commons, café and multi-purpose rooms. All new MEP systems, including a dedicated air-handler with dehumidification and heat reclaim for pool water heating.
