180,000SF renovation and 60,000SF expansion project, which stemmed from the school’s strategic plan to “create a physical environment that improves the efficiency, cohesion and beauty of the campus.” This includes a 2-story addition and the creation of a new turf playing field on the roof of the addition as well as a new annex link between buildings. OLA provided commissioning services of both the expansion and the renovations. LEED Certified.
