Since joining OLA in 1993, Jill’s commitment and pursuit of the right solution has driven OLA as a leader in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design; her work has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s success.

Today, Jill focuses her efforts on OLA’s expert witness projects, insurance claim assessments, and building system evaluations. Jill’s 30 years of expertise in building systems design has naturally evolved into these specialized areas as OLA has increasingly expanded its work in expert witness services and insurance-related loss assessment projects. Jill’s extensive knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems has made her uniquely qualified to address the growing demand for assessments and in-depth evaluations, ensuring clients receive the benefit of her experience and strategic insights.
