Jonathan Katz, P.E.

Jonathan’s diverse background in conducting energy audits, feasibility studies, mechanical design for HVAC and energy projects, building control systems design, whole building simulations and energy modeling of building equipment and commissioning makes him a valuable engineer to both OLA clients and team members. His 27 years of engineering expertise pairs with his belief in a thorough team process.

An essential part of OLA’s Commissioning and Energy Engineering Services Group since 2006, Jonathan approaches every project by collaborating and leading team members from initial project start-up through quality assurance. He has helped clients across multiple sectors develop high performing buildings with lower operating costs and increased efficiency. Many of Jonathan’s projects have achieved LEED certification and Energy Star designation plus significant utility incentives.
