Robert G. Spina, P.E.

Since joining OLA in 1989, Rob has been a vital component to OLA’s mechanical engineering success. His expertise spans 35 years and a multitude of projects, including central mechanical plants, redundant HVAC systems for critical environments, steam and hydronic systems, plumbing systems, and fire protection systems.

With experience on a wide variety of project types and a list of credentials beyond professional licensure, including LEED AP, Certified Energy Manager, and Certified Plumbing Designer, Rob is looked to as a resource for many design challenges. Rob is a team leader and plays a key role in the mechanical group’s technical quality control, standard design procedures, and mentoring of junior staff.
