Robert P. Gruffi, P.E.

Bobby joined OLA in 2007 and has grown through various roles, from Project Engineer to Project Manager to Associate. Now, as Principal in Charge of Mechanical Engineering Services, Bobby leads the firm’s mechanical engineering group, driving innovation in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design. With over 17 years of experience, Bobby’s meticulous dedication to the profession has, and continues to, deliver effective and thorough engineering solutions to OLA clients. He applies this process to his management role and aides in the development of junior engineers.

Bobby is also considered an expert in corporate interiors and tenant fit-outs and has frequently served as lead engineer and project manager on many of OLA’s major office space projects.
