Steve has been an integral part of OLA’s growth since joining the firm’s mechanical group in 1992. A Principal since 2000, he has played a central role in shaping the firm’s operations, supporting business development and marketing initiatives, guiding IT and administrative functions, and contributing to financial planning. Known for his ability to anticipate industry trends and champion forward-thinking approaches, Steve has also led mechanical engineering work recognized by ACEC.
Steve is a frequent speaker for state and local AIA chapters and has taught review courses for the Professional Engineers licensing exam in the mechanical discipline. He has helped advance OLA’s involvement with professional societies and has served in leadership roles including the ASHRAE Bi-State Chapter Board of Governors, SMPS Westchester, and the AIA Westchester Hudson Valley Foundation.
