Bell Works wins a 2021 Azure Magazine AZ Award for Adaptive Re-Use. The former Bell Labs campus in Holmdel Township, NJ is now a “MetroBurb”—a 186,000 sq. ft. miniature city consisting of five stories of new offices and co-working spaces, retail, and event venues. OLA is proud to have been involved in this project—what was once the home to over 6,000 engineers and scientists sat vacant for years and was slated for demolition has been beautifully transformed into a mixed-use community hub.
