Steve joined OLA in 1992 as a Mechanical Engineer, and in 1995 helped establish and grow the firm’s presence in Texas—building what began as a one- person outpost into a thriving Dallas office. In 2000, Steve returned to New York and became a Principal, bringing with him steady leadership and a deep commitment to engineering better environments. During Steve’s tenure with OLA, he has played a key role in many of the firm’s major achievements—most recently, in 2024, the relaunch of the OLA brand and the firm’s 50th year anniversary.
While his day-to-day role is coming to a close, the legacy Steve leaves behind is lasting; a culture of service, mentorship, and relationship-building that remains strongly imprinted across the firm.
