The Bronx welcomes a new residential tower—Comunilife’s 3401 Third Avenue. Marketed as El Borinquen Residence, the 10-story supportive housing development is organized as four conjoined volumes situated around an internal courtyard and is comprised of 148 apartments with 24-hour security, community room, computer lounge, and on-site social services. OLA provided the MEP and fire protection engineering design for the new residential project, which received Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
