Harrison breaks ground on a modern new recreation center at the gateway corner. Expected to open early 2025, the center will feature multi-purpose activity spaces, court space for 2 simultaneous games, large open indoor event space, general multipurpose rooms, game room, arts and crafts room, computer room, expanded fitness center, locker rooms, and office spaces for Recreation Department operations and administration. OLA provided MEP design including a subsurface geothermal well system to prepare for the geothermal heat pump to be used in heating and cooling the building.
