Working with Ferguson Malone Architecture, OLA provided engineering design services for an addition to the Irvington Town Hall Theater and a new HVAC systems for the existing theater. The theater, located on the second floor of the historic Town Hall building, includes 430 seats. The Hall was built in 1902 and patterned after the historic Ford Theater in Washington, DC. The design provides a proper entry and other improvements that respects the historic nature. The project received an AIA WHV Honor Award for Unbuilt Projects.
