OLA partnered with AIA Westchester + Hudson Valley for a webinar regarding building systems considerations & COVID-19. Jill Walsh, P.E., OLA Principal in Charge of Mechanical Engineering, presented with Robert Gruffi, P.E., Associate. They discussed how to prepare dormant buildings for re-occupancy post NY Pause; system operation changes and improvements to consider in the short term; understanding of the limitations for modification of different HVAC system types; and long-term system planning for improved occupant health.
