Hutchinson Elementary School—Westchester County’s first new elementary school in a decade was unveiled in Pelham, just in time for the new school year. The new and improved 68,000 sq. ft. building features a central learning commons/atrium and MakerSpace surrounded by two floors of flexible classroom space, a full-sized gymnasium that is intended to serve both the school and greater Pelham community, and a multipurpose room/cafeteria.
