OLA is excited to be a part of Pace University’s transformative journey at One Pace Plaza East, a modern hub for education and creativity. The lower floors will undergo a comprehensive reconstruction, seamlessly integrating classrooms, creative arts spaces, collaboration areas, and a state-of-the-art performing arts center. This center will house a flexible 400-seat proscenium theater, a double-height 230-seat black box theater, and a 99-seat black box theater. OLA is providing commissioning services to support the project in making a significant step toward reducing carbon emissions upon completion.
