Good Samaritan Hospital
HealthcareScience/Technology
This project involved the conversion of a typical office building into a medical office building through comprehensive building systems upgrades, followed by the construction of a 12,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center featuring four operating rooms, preparation areas, reception, and support spaces. Additional renovations within the existing hospital created new labs, a shared control room, scrub room, equipment room, and storage areas. Existing HVAC, plumbing, normal and emergency power, and fire protection systems were upgraded and modified to support the new clinical environments and equipment.
