Conversion of a typical office building into a new medical office building through a series of building systems upgrades was the initial phase of the project. Phase 2 of the project included the construction of an Ambulatory Surgery Center within the new medical office building, a 12,000SF facility consisting of four operating rooms, preparation areas, reception and other support areas.
