St. Joseph’s Seminary & College

Subsequent to a study being performed, a renovation of the Main Building was approved, including upgrades to existing sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting, and fire alarm systems. Other work included a new campus wide direct digital building automation system, new sprinkler and standpipe system, and integrated fire alarm system throughout the building.
