Historic restoration and renovation of this elaborately-designed neo-Baroque style structure. OLA’s design concealed all mechanical equipment to provide acoustic and visual buffers. MEP systems included new HVAC systems integrated into unseen areas of the structure, light fixture restorations, new electric service, new fire alarm system and new electric distribution systems.
