Spence 412, a new 6-story athletic and educational facility in Manhattan, was recognized with a 2022 AIANY Design Award for ‘Impressive Three-Dimensional Qualities of a Complex Program’. Congratulations to the architect, Rogers Partners Architects and Urban Designers, and the entire project team! OLA served as commissioning authority and performed commissioning for the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
