The Orchard Beach Maintenance & Operations Building was recently recognized by the Design-Build Institute of America. As the NYC Department of Design and Construction’s first completed design-build project under the 2019 Public Works Investment Act, it establishes a new benchmark for public project delivery and sets the foundation for future work across the city.
