OLA was recently awarded a contract for a two-phased major renovation at Playland’s Ice Casino. The Westchester County project includes historic restoration of the iconic building’s facades along with a new roof, elevator replacements, lobby renovations, food service/dining area/kitchen renovations, office renovations, all new HVAC systems, all new electrical and lighting systems, new ice making equipment for the Main Rink and Studio Rink, and complete reconstruction of the Studio Rink, including structural rehabilitation, lighting, windows, and more.
