The Eldred Preserve’s transformative project is complete! This 3,000-acre property, in the Town of Highland in Sullivan County, was originally founded in the late 1960s as the area’s premier fishing and outdoor sporting resort, and now serves as a unique hospitality hub complete with luxury accommodations, restaurants, and acres of amenities. OLA performed MEP engineering services for the guest rooms and private cabins, plus more than 8,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor event space, which was specifically designed to be contiguous—with the interiors harmoniously blending with the exterior design throughout the property.
